To celebrate Eid Mubarak this year, I made my favorite cookies and absolutely the simple one too 🙂
250 gr all purpose flour
90 gr icing sugar
125 gr peanut butter
110 ml vegetable oil
1 sdm powder milk
½ sdt salt
1 sdm butter
2 egg yolk, beaten
parmesan cheese grated
- Preheat oven 150’C
- Mixed : icing sugar, peanut butter, vegetable oil, powder milk, salt and butter.
- Pour all purpose flour into batter. Make a ball shape and put in a cookies pan.
- Polish top of cookies with egg yolk (garnish) and spread parmesan grated on the top of it.
- Put in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the color change to golden.
